Welcome to Illuminate the Brain...aka ITB!

We're an ever-evolving curation of conscious resources — including tools, practices, and people. As of now, all resources are being gathered by one human (hi, I'm Ally) but this is the beginnings of what I hope will become a community-built hub. A place to discover, share, and collaboratively cultivate a wide range of resources that can support as many people as possible — because we're all unique, so the combination of resources and/or variations in which each can be practiced resonate so differently with each of us. And since we don't know what we don't know, let's get curious & share amongst each other!

If you’re just getting started:

Use ITB as a way to discover & experiment with different resources in order to find the ones that resonate with you. We encourage you to be your own guide, your own authority – to let your curiosity guide you as you explore anything that piques your interest. Keep in mind, what resonates with you today might change tomorrow, and what feels irrelevant now may find meaning later.

Keep in mind 💡

Each resource page is a living work in progress – imperfect and evolving as we refine and expand the wisdom within it. I am not an expert in any of these topics; I am simply establishing a space for collective collaboration. The resources offered thus far have come from various sources: some passed down through my family, others learned from friends, colleagues, and personal experience, and many drawn from the teachings of various experts in their field. This hub is by no means an exhaustive list, but rather, a starting place. And like you, I'm here to learn.
