Start your visualization meditation with just a minute or two of the below (or something similar) to prompt/initiate your mind & body into your session - to remind it of its power to create from within ((into remind your mind and body that everything we imagine can feel so real throughout this meditation, and in creating this realness in our minds, we can change our experience, and in turn alter our reality. Our brain doesn't know the difference between real or imagined. So use your imagination to make it real.))

  • LEMON: The level of visualization in which you can close your eyes and imagine picking up a lemon, how it feels in your hand, smelling it and the scent of citrus, holding a knife and slicing the lemon in half on a wood cutting board, the feeling of the juice splashing your fingers, and smelling the lemon freshly cut, so sweet and the promise of tartness already salivating your glands, pressing the lemon to your tongue and tasting the sweet but sour flavors, and letting them explore your mouth before swallowing.
  • mental rehearsal  - “Mental rehearsal - visualize falling off track and snapping back into the frequency that supports your desires “ activations
