Neuropsychologist Donald Hebb famously stated, “neurons that fire together, wire together.” This principle illustrates how repeated thoughts, emotions, experiences, and bodily sensations activate and reinforce specific neural pathways in the brain. But because we repeat about 90% of the roughly 60,000 thoughts we have a day, our brain tends to fire the same neurons repeatedly, which can lead to a feeling of being "stuck" in recurring patterns.

This practice of reprogramming your subconscious combines neuroscience, epigenetics, and quantum physics; it uses the power of our mind to influence your health, behavior, and reality. 

It's an active meditation practice in which you delve deeply into your subconscious to rewire beliefs that shape your experiences in life. It involves examining your thoughts, connecting with your emotions, nurturing and reparenting your inner child, confronting your shadow self, and mentally rehearsing new possibilities for the future. This process helps shift deep-seated patterns in order to align your subconscious with a stronger sense of self-worth.

You’ll begin by recognizing the specific limiting thought patterns, emotional states, or behaviors you want to change – this awareness helps you target the neural pathways you wish to rewire. Using elevated emotions, you’ll begin to reprogram.
